Tax Foreclosure Sale Deeds issued on parcels acquired in foreclosure sales DO NOT warrant clear title or the issuance of title insurance. It is strongly recommended that the buyer view the property and make additional inquiries about concerns or questions that may arise.

The delinquent taxpayer has until 4:00 pm the day before the sale to settle taxes.
We only accept cash and/or cashier’s checks (made payable to “Pacific County Treasurer”) for foreclosure payment once the Certificate of Delinquency is filed.
Foreclosure fees are increased as costs are incurred. For the current pay-off amount, please call our office.
Bidder Information
Registration begins at 8 am on 12/6/24
At registration:
We will take a copy of your photo ID.
Bidders need to sign the sale terms and conditions for both the Tax Foreclosure Sale & Tax Title Sale.
Vesting information will need to be provided and cannot be changed.
We ONLY accept Cash or Cashier’s Check (made payable to “Pacific County Treasurer”) NO EXCEPTIONS
Payment must be made IN FULL IMMEDIATELY following the conclusion of the sale. You CANNOT leave to get more funds. You are only allowed to bid up to the amount of funds you bring with you.
Refunds for overpayments are issued three weeks following the conclusion of the sale, if payment was made with a Cashier’s Check. Cash overpayments will be refunded immediately.
If an acceptable payment isn’t tendered, the parcel will be reauctioned at 1:00 pm with an opening bid at the previously negotiated sale price.
